Designed by Stan Davis in 1964 [Devroye] or 1965 [Klingspor Museum]. Among the 15 award winning type face designs in a competition sponsored by Visual Graphics Corporation in 1966. Comes with an alternate ‘K’.

Photo-Lettering additionally offered Open (incl. open and shaded) styles and an X-Bold weight. [1971 specimen] Adopted by Mecanorma for dry transfer lettering as Orea around 1969, without credits.

Various digitizations, incl. by Bitstream and Linotype. The former has rounder outer curves and more squarish counters.
