Based on the lettering style often seen in Ed Ruscha’s paintings. Ruscha has been using his Boy Scout Utility Modern lettering style since 1980 [Wikipedia] and has referred to it as font. [Tate] It’s not clear if the letterforms have been made into a proper font.
