Desertshore (1970) is the third solo album by Nico, with arrangements by John Cale. Nigel Waymouth’s cover design uses a version of Française légère, originally designed by Georges Auriol and first cast by Peignot & Fils in 1902. Alcibiades (1993) is a digital interpretation.
