Pete and the Secret of Flying (Piet und das Geheimnis des Fliegens) is a interactive children’s book that was released as an iPad app in 2011. In June 2011 it was iTunes Store’s iPad app of the week, and reached #1 in the Paid Books category. It is offered in both German and English. This is one of my favorite uses of Trilby.

A wonderfully appropriate type choice! The designers should have chosen an application that supports Trilby’s kerning, though – see ‘Wo’, ‘Vo’.
