Established September 1988 in New York by Stephen (Steve) O. Frankfurt, Philip Gips, and Aubrey Balkind. Also operated a studio in Los Angeles (FGB West). In May 1994 the name was changed to Frankfurt Balkind, Inc. (aka Frankfurt Balkind Partners). In September 2002 the name was changed to FGBC, Inc. [Discogs]
