A digital version of the school script that has been the norm for Norwegian students since the 1970s.

There is also a newly created variant named Zeppelin, with more modern capitals. This variant is used by publisher Aschehoug in the Zeppelin textbook.

Both Norsk Skoleskrift and Norsk Skoleskrift Zeppelin come in two styles, Stavskrift (plain) and Løkkeskrift (with loops).
