МФДКНГ / NHIDFF 2021
The 2021 edition of the New Holland Island International Debut Film Festival (Международный фестиваль дебютного кино в Новой Голландии or in short: МФДКНГ / NHIDFF) at New Holland Island, Saint Petersburg and featured premiere screenings and discussions with filmmakers, a roundtable on debut cinema and a program of works by young video artists. The mission of the festival is to help original creative expression reach a wide audience and to amplify new voices internationally. The festival was organized by the team behind the New Holland: Cultural Urbanization project.
The identity is based on the key visual of the number 2 — the second follow up of the festival, and the dynamic pattern-like graphic structures, which are a metaphor for the hybridity and multilayering of modern cinema. The idea of festival is to find and create a new language in cinema and in communication between people. The program diversity of the festival is emphasized by an infinite number of suggested graphic solutions.
