Batman: Dark Victory comic book

Batman: Dark Victory is an American comic book limited series that was published by DC Comics from July 1999 to November 2000. It was written by Jeph Loeb with art by Tim Sale, colors by Gregory Wright, and lettering by Richard Starkings.
On the covers, the “Batman” title, the names of Jeph Loeb and Tim sale, and the issue title (e.g. “War” for issue #1) are in Eagle Bold. The subtitle “Dark Victory” uses FB Agency Condensed Bold.
Text in narration boxes is in Tim Sale Lower. Text in speech bubbles is mostly in Tim Sale, but the monstrous Solomon Grundy speaks in Tim Sale Brush Italic, and the villain Two-Face’s dialogue is hand-lettered.
These three fonts are based on the hand-lettering of the eponymous artist, and were created for Dark Victory, as Richard Starkings described in an interview with Dark Knight News:
With Dark Victory, the first font we made for Tim was more like Sam Rosen, Tim’s favorite letterer. So we did a Sam Rosen-style font, but I didn’t think it looked right. So I persuaded Tim to let us do one based on his lettering for Billi 99, which was his dark horse Indy book. Because Tim came from the indie world, Grendel, Billi 99, you know, he and I talked and that’s the way we decided to go.
The slab serif used for the issue number is yet unidentified.
