My skills in visual communications, graphic design, and art direction have been honed through years of experience in the field. I have honed my leadership skills by overseeing the art department, hiring, training, mentoring staff, and delegating projects to in-house designers. I have a keen eye for detail and ensure that final concepts are presented in the best possible light, coordinating production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.
Beyond my role as an Art Director, I am also passionate about public speaking and coaching, focusing on design policies, politics of design, governmental visual communication, women in design and leadership, and visual communication in general. In 2019, a team of Ukrainian designers and I founded NGO Design4Ukraine, and we successfully consulted with the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As former co-founder of Creative Woman Publishing, the first feminist publishing in Ukraine. Our team has victorious campaigns in crowdfunding and fundraising, and I have shared my experiences and insights in articles published in professional publications
As an activist, I have developed a series of lectures on "Women and Political Power in Ukraine," and I remain committed to using my skills and knowledge to drive positive change.
