A stand-alone italic blackletter, designed in 1911 and first used in Sterne, a booklet written by Matthies and published by Stempel as gift for Christmas 1911. [Archiv] Comes with two sets of capitals, one adorned with star-like terminals, the other one plain. Additionally accompanied by Freie Versalien (swash caps, 8–60pt, A–Z) and decorated initials (one- and two-colored, 6 and 8 cic, no ‘Q’, ‘X’, ‘Y’). A second halbfett weight remained unrealized.
