Mini Futura AKA neo-Mini Futura is a phototype version of Futura with “redrawn short caps and abbreviated ascenders”, in 10 upright weights plus Outline and Outline Shadow styles. The condensed range spans 8 weights plus Outline and Outline Shadow styles. While the regular-wide styles are uncredited, the condensed styles were drawn by Acey Cypres. [1980s Headliners catalog]. The former are already shown in a 1978 catalog.
