ABC’s “Movie of the Week” aired in various permutations from 1969 to 1976. The Girl Who Came Gift Wrapped sounds like an awful one, as these made-for-tv-films often were. An IMDB reviewer says it follows a “pretty predictable formula”, but describes the script (written by Susan Silver) as a “romantic comedy with a feminist slant”.
ITC Uptight’s double-line construction disolves into stranger lettershapes here. Of course, this is a poor screenshot of a compressed video, but the font’s fine lines probably didn’t fare too well on broadcast TV.
Chicago (Mecanorma, c. 1972) has dots and is said to be inspired by the neon lights of Las Vegas. Astra (Letraset, 1973, no lowercase) has stars, inspired by the US flag. They are both by Swiss designer François Robert — the latter is co-credited to his wife Natacha Falda.

I’ve seen Chicago listed as Astra, though only in CAPS.
