Jan Middendorp is currently running a campaign to crowdfund a reprint of his Dutch Type. The campaign has already reached its minimum goal, which means this important book will finally be made available again, probably in late 2018. Until June 23, it’s still possible to participate and secure one of the offered rewards, e.g. have your name mentioned in the book, or get a copy for the pledge price of €59 (plus shipping), which is still cheaper than the original edition was in 2004.
