    Pocket Book 481 from 1947, featuring Lydian (1938, “complete and unabridged”) and Lydian Bold (1939, title). The article (“The”) appears to be handwritten, but modeled after Lydian Cursive (1940). See also The Living Idol by Robert Switzer (Signet) (1956) for a book cover that indeed pairs Lydian Bold with an article in Lydian Cursive.
