Seleno is a biodynamic wine trilogy made in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Catalonia. Moon phases are very important for biodynamic agriculture when sowing, harvesting and producing wine. This tradition and care have inspired the name of the collection from the Greek Seléne (from moon). The name of the bottles are given the Catalan names of the most representative phase according to the different types of the wines: Creixent (crescent) for rosé, Plena (full) for white and Minvant (waning) for red wine. Serve at night.
