Live album from Herbie Hancock, originally released only in Japan, where it was recorded. The design is by Teruhisa Tajima (who also designed the Ghost in the Shell logo, among other things) with artwork by Noboyuki Nakanishi.
Note how the stroke between “HERBIE” and “HANCOCK” matches the angle of the K at the right side.
The original gatefold design and inserts include other typefaces, including some Japanese text, but I’ve not yet been able to find good images for proper font identification.
