ES HÄT NO is an awesome project by Verein Chruut und Rüebli who processes vegetables from Zurich and surrounding area, which for various reasons would end up in waste, into fermented products.
The risograph printed labels use Everett Mono by Nolan Paparelli, available on type.weltkern.
