EdenMarsh started in 2014 when the managing director:

got a little disillusioned with agency priorities. Recruitment agencies are not always the healthiest environments. Aggressive KPIs and quotas often lead to recruiters doing long hours, getting burned out and resorting to hard sales techniques — as a consequence, candidate and client experience undeniably suffer. After a period of contemplation, she eventually took the plunge and started her own business built on strong values and a deep desire to be helpful.

EdenMarsh’s creative team worked with art director Craig Jackson to capture the essence of agency. With this new identity, they wanted their community to see their warm and empathetic yet professional character before they even got to meet.

With guidance of the art director, they’ve worked with also Josep Puy on a set of illustrations which beautifully capture our friendly nature and sincere love for our community. Alongside the illustrations, we find Apoc at the core the identity. First for the logo, as well as the main typeface of the branding. DM Sans is used in the website for the information.
