Slipcase cover for the 1993 US VHS release of Prison Planet (a.k.a. Badlanders). The film was directed by Armand Gazarian and originally released in either 1991 or 1992 (sources vary). It stars James Phillips as Blaine, a freedom fighter in the year 2200 that is forced to kill an evil tyrant.

Described, rather generously, as:

“Mad Max” meets “American Gladiators” in the ultimate road war!

On the 1993 US VHS slipcase cover, film’s title is set in Earth, stretched horizontally, featuring extended glyphs (see R, trimmed but included in glyph set), custom ligatures (see LA), a modified T, and an orange shadow. Additional text set in Helvetica Compressed.

For the cover of the 1992 (see copyright on back panel) Polish VHS release, the film’s alternate title is set in ITC Machine, with a striped gradient pattern across its lower half, lending it a Predator vibe.

For the cover of the 1992 Polish VHS, the film's alternate title is set in ITC Machine.
