A surreal cover art for the ambient album Magic Moments (2020) by PJS.
The cover features Glassure for the band (“PJS”), Microgramma Medium Extended for the release code (“Mana – 009”), and Source Han Serif Japanese for the Chinese text (“神奇时刻”), which translates to “magic moment”. Yes, the text is Chinese, despite being rendered in a Japanese font—presumably a stylistic choice. The title (“MAGIC MOMENTS”) seems to be custom lettering.

I don’t recognize the letterforms of the title either. You are probably right in that they are custom. Xirod and Nosha are a little similar.
