DAW Books’ first edition of Tanith Lee’s Volkhavaar, released in 1977 with cover art by Michael Whelan.
Presumably to go with the fantastical aspects of the book, the unknown typographer opted to go with all caps Pretorian for the author’s name and title of the book. “Slaves to witchcraft” appears to be Helvetica, although the a and s look a little squeezes.
