Mousse published a catalog about her latest exhibition at Centro Bótin, with Spanish and English texts by Eva Fàbregas, Chus Martínez, Daisy Lafarge, and Bárbara Rodríguez Muñoz. The publishers used Gaya for the cover. The grotesk is yet to be identified [it’s probably ABC Monument Grotesk, see comments]. Here is the book description from their website:

I think the sans is ABC Monument Grotesk. Compared to Helvetica/Neue Haas Grotesk, it has more contrast (see the o) and angled terminals (in a c s C G S).
