This book examines the works of Emilio Jéquier, a prominent Chilean architect of the first half of the twentieth century. Jéquier played a significant role in the transition cycle of Chilean architecture during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The book is richly illustrated with photographs and drawings of the architect’s work and commemorates the 140th anniversary of the National Museum of Fine Arts in Santiago de Chile, one of Jéquier’s iconic designs.

The typesetting was done entirely using Berenjena and Lira Sans, both fonts designed by Javier Quintana Godoy in Santiago de Chile, and published by Quintana-Font Foundry.
