Festival MV 2021
Gustavo (from Lift Type) was used by Atelier Tout va bien for the 2021 edition of Festival MV, a music and visual arts festival organized by Sabotage in Dijon, France.

Once again, we have modestly contributed to its energy with the design of two minimal yet symbolic posters for their eighth edition. […]
Tic tac tic tac tic tac… We all have been waiting too long now for the return of the festivities. The main shape, a sandglass with blury contours, raises the question of time being halted or paused. This 2.0 vanity is here to remind us that possessions are futile, memento mori, listen to music in a concert and enjoy the present. The posters, a duo of both cold and warm colors, can be read and hang in both ways.
“Each poster was printed in three layers by Lézard Graphique, our favourite screen printer. Starting with a gradient made with a satin ink four colors split fountain for the background, a generous glossy black for the overlaying main shape and a matt white for the subtle texts.”
