Graphic and web design for the exhibition #23587A. The name of this group exhibition is a hexadecimal colour code, and the theme of the exhibition is the dull blue colour that the code represents. As the exhibition is centred on colour, the design references a colour guide. It was shown in May 2023 at L-1gallery, Tokyo.
The website has a mechanism whereby the flyer rotates in response to scrolling (watch a video). It creates an interaction that makes the ‘paper’ perceptible through unique on-screen operations. By pressing the exhibition date, time or exhibitor name, the information can be registered in a calendar or access to a various social networking sites, thus extending the flyer’s functionality.
