Julie Soudanne is a French type designer based in Paris. Since May 2018 she has run jli Type Studio, creating custom typefaces for brands in the fields of luxury, gastronomy, culture, and sport. Moreover, she is working on personal retail typeface projects and she published recently in 2023 at Lift Type her first family called Ginka!
Since 2019 she has shared her know-how by teaching at TypeParis, and since 2022 at CFI Campus Fonderie de l’Image in the DCDG Directeur de Création en Design Graphique master's degree. She also led workshops for National Superior Art Schools (École Duperré, Ensaama Olivier de Serres, HEAR Strasbourg).
