Walbaum’s historical design was adapted for the Monotype in 1933/34 (series 374 and the heavier 375) and expanded in 1957 (series 674).

Monotype’s digital version (shown) is credited to Robin Nicholas and spans two weights with italics. The upright Regular has small caps. It was replaced in 2018 by a much larger series designed by Crossgrove, Nix, and Villanueva, see Walbaum (2018).
