Two sets of initials accompanying Erasmus-Mediaeval. Serie I is solid, Serie II (shown) is open. The latter is similar to Lichte Erbar-Versalien and is erroneously shown in the 1970 edition of Jaspert, Berry & Johnson’s Encyclopaedia of Typefaces as Monastic, which appears to be the English name of Erbar’s initials.
