Churchward Marianna in use

Designed by Joseph Churchward in 1969. [Bennewith] Shown in a ca. 1972 specimen by Churchward International Typefaces and in Berthold’s E1 catalog (1974) in Black and Shadow styles, each with italics. The Black was adopted by Mecanorma for dry transfer lettering. [1971 ad]

Digital versions by Churchward Type (2003?) and BluHead Studio (2007, with Shadow). Proud Mary NF (Nick's Fonts, 2010) is a digital version of the Italic.

The Musée de l'imprimerie de Lyon shows a sheet with Greek characters and credits it to Ladislas Mandel, presumably because the source is the Fonds Mandel.
