Gemini Biform is a very similar design shown in
Lettergraphics’ Letterfan from 1968 (spelled
Gemni in a 1969 edition). Shown in Castcraft’s
Encyclopedia of Phototype Styles (1978) as
Tupper. Also appears in FotoStar’s Film Font Digest
(after 1981), here with an ‘e’ that is flatter on the left. Origin
and designer unknown. Alternates for ‘aemnow’.
Another similar typeface is shown as Nichols in Dan
X. Solo’s Moderne Alphabets (1999), without biform
alternates and with a beardless ‘G’.
