Similar to Futura, but with flat-sided counters (‘a, b, d, g, p, q’) and vertically sheared terminals on curved strokes. Added to the Berthold Fototypes library in 1969. [ad] Also known as Slimline and copied by VGC as C-3. The Genny listed in a 1976 Lettergraphics catalog is actually Futura.
