The Bowery Apartments offer superb, design-focused living in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most vibrant inner suburbs. We developed a unique brand strategy conceptually based on one of the most recognisable real estate districts in the world; New York City’s Bowery. Drawing parallels between this iconic area and Richmond’s new life, we developed a range of communication tools that were both comprehensive, and reflected a feel of expressive living.
