Cover of the 2002 Epury Press edition of Chuck Barris’s autobiography Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, reissued for the release of the Miramax movie of the same name directed by George Clooney and written by Charlie Kaufman, starring Sam Rockwell, Julia Roberts, Drew Barrymore, and Clooney.
The design assembles several typefaces — partly from the 1970s like the primitive Shotgun, partly referencing this decade like Chalet 1970 — into a flashy design that is an appropriate representation of the life story of a popular game show host who claimed to have also been a killer for the CIA.
