Well over 1 million students — and their supporters — packed the streets in Washington, D.C., and around the globe Saturday to make a powerful statement against gun violence and call on lawmakers to pass stricter laws or face their wrath at the polls.
Among the countless signs, most are homemade and handmade. The organizers of the march devised and distributed a logo set, using Jovanny Lemonad’s Molot, that was used in many ways and many marches.
Demonstrators marched down Tremont Street, past Boston Police Headquarters, on their way to a rally on Boston Common.
