Bureau Brut designed the graphic identity for KeriMedical, a company creating and distributing a range of wrist and hand orthopedic prosthesis and implants, based in France and Switzerland.
The implants are displayed in a toolbox which come with instructions for the surgeons. The minimalistic design of the kit conveys the idea of a simple, clear and precise surgical procedure.
The main typeface is Dr, a custom geometrical sans-serif typeface designed by the studio. Dr is drawn with closed apertures and tight letterspacing and is now available at Production Type (note that the bespoke typeface has some minor differences compared to the retail one, like a straight lowercase r).
