“The first music for easy listening ever recorded on the Moog”

    Discogs contributor philbeard:

Brain-destroying all-time great moog masterpiece, featuring very original arrangements of a load of hackneyed old standards, which are transformed into still-ahead-of-their-time-sounding lysergic trips, cut ’n pasted together with the precision of Double Dee & Steinski. Just for a start, check out the low-slung unheralded jeepbeat classic interpretation of “Flight of the Bumblebee” … I’m being entirely serious!

    1. For what it’s worth, the text on the back cover looks to me rather like Melior or some related font. Extra trivia: the “Andy Badale” credited with co-authorship of one of the songs is in fact composer Angelo Badalamenti.

    2. Thanks for the trivia, Jake! I agree regarding the text on the back cover, but I find it too small to pinpoint the typeface.

Edit: It’s definitely some Melior. Added, thanks. PLINC’s Melior Graphic is a likely candidate.
