The name of this custom alphabet suggests that the art for this album was the original use. There are at least two weights. The bold weight shown by Daylight Fonts can also be seen on a photostat board in Glaser’s studio. It was used in 1988.
Like Glaser Stencil (AKA Neo Futura or Glaser Futura Stencil), the design of Einstein is apparently derived from Paul Renner’s Futura. The changes include angled bars (AEFHQ), curling bowls (BPR&3), and a higher waistline (KMRXY etc.). Some glyphs like C, N, or the alternate M appear to be unaltered.
