Cluster Trilogy by Piers Anthony (Millington)
Cluster is a series of science fiction novels by Piers Anthony (b. 1934). The original trilogy consists of Vicinity Cluster (1977), Chaining the Lady (1978), and Kirlian Quest (1978). Anthony later added two additional volumes, Thousandstar (1980) and Viscous Circle (1982). This is the first British and first hardcover edition published by Millington in 1979.
The typeface is Hollywood Shaded by FotoStar/Facsimile Fonts. This face is also known as Cinema One, and is similar to Epic Shaded by Lettergraphics. It is here used without any of its wider alternate glyphs. The smaller text is set in caps from ITC Avant Garde Gothic.
