    Miscman:

The Lorin Theatre was the earliest movie house in Berkley, California and remained so off and on until the ’50s. This very handsome broadsheet screams of the early silent era and I would guess it was done around the first World War. 42×28″.

I lived just down the street from this location from 2004 to 2012. Sadly, the theatre was long gone by that time.

The type is likely wood and doesn’t precisely match our samples of Clarendon Italian, Antique (Wells), and Foster, but these are good approximate matches.
