“Versuch die Zeit nicht anzuhalten” (“Try not to stop time”) is a single by Austrian duo Simplicissimus, released in 1974 on Help Austria Records with B-side “Erzähle es mir”.
The title in ITC Fat Face is set on a circle, probably as a metaphor for a clock, referencing the subject of time. The name of the band below shows Stripes with very loose letterspacing. Apparently the designer didn’t follow the Spacematic and deliberately missed the opportunity to connect the alternate glyphs. It does look very good, though.
The title of the B-side “Erzähle es mir” is set in caps from Folio mager, with its alternate straight-legged R.
