Jornadas de Edición Universitaria 10
Identity design for the tenth edition of Jornadas de Edición Universitaria (“University Publishing Conference”).
Intended as a space for reflection and exchange among members of university editorial teams, the event is organized since 2011 within the framework of the professional editorial conference of the Buenos Aires International Book Fair.
The communication for the event was all digital. Identity, schedule, different promotional flyers and communication for social media use Piazzolla. This new typeface from Huerta Tipográfica was designed by Juan Pablo del Peral. Released in October 2020, Piazzolla is being distributed by Google Fonts. The “Jeu 10” logo combines two weights from both ends of the spectrum and repurposes the pilcrow (¶) as a stylized letter J. The sans serif is Alegreya Sans, also by Peral.
