Anicons is the world’s first animated color icon font, based on Material Design Icons. Anicons is an experiment that combines two cutting edge font technologies: variable fonts and color fonts. In this post, we will share our process of creating Anicons and lessons learned.
Anicons are showcased and explained with text rendered in Recursive (Linear Medium and Extrabold styles), with Playfair Display’s Black Italic for the logo and headings.
