A new Levantine bakery has opened in Paris’ 9th arrondissement. Named Babka Zana, this new spot gives pride of place to the babka brioche as well as other Levantine specialties! The logo – using GT Walsheim – has been inspired by the braided bread originated in the Jewish communities of Poland and Ukraine.
