Founded in 2019, Kahilla is a digital platform that provides equitable access to effective leadership development. Kahilla aims to sustain its clients to drive their profitability while achieving equity and transformational behavior change through leadership development. Personal and professional development is a catalyst for growth, innovation, well-being, and productivity.
As the founders prepared to scale their business model, we developed an identity to align with their company’s new name: Kahilla, which refers to a group of people united by a common goal. Starting with branding and extending into design, communications strategy, and messaging across all collateral—including Kahilla’s website—we articulated the company’s commitment to empowerment and inclusivity.
Sweet Sans Light was used as a primary typeface and Meno Banner is used for body copy and captions.
