In a movement to increase the naturalness of their products, Schwartau decided to launch Clever Snack, a vegan fruit bar with exclusively six natural ingredients.
Daft Brush by Pintassilgo Prints is the main font chosen for the packaging. The font, which has a strong handcrafted feel, has four alternates for each letter, two for numerals and has even variations for punctuation marks. All these alternatives are managed by OpenType contextual alternates feature: when turned on, it cycles the alternate glyphs. Additional information is set in a mix of Museo Sans and what looks like Alternate Gothic; the distressed, hashed and shaded typeface in the background is yet unidentified.
