On 19 February 2022, the Paradís festival was held once again, becoming a place where shared humour, achievements, personal anecdotes, and a healthy dose of social responsibility and sustainability were on the drawing board.

The attendees were all able to enjoy seven talks that brought the audience to their feet and reached the Eden of creativity. The event, organized by World Design Capital Valencia 2022 and curated by Yinsen, was held in La Rambleta and presented by the illustrator and designer Lina Vila.

Its vibrant visual identity was designed by award-winning women-run Yinsen Studio. As its font choice, the Yinsen Studio team chose Serpiente Display created by Coco Lobinger, to best tell the identity’s story. Graphically evolving into a life of its own, the organic forms quote the beauty and unpredictability of snakes as creatures whilst maintaining strong structural integrity – well crafted equipped with illustrative qualities offering breathtaking poise and prowess, perfect for making a unique typographic statement. Serpiente Display is supported by an unidentified grotesk [edit: It’s PolySans, see comments].
