Promesses is a Parisian DJ duo composed of Samos and Härdee, and also the name of their label. Shown here are two label compilations with music by various artists linked to the label.

Promesses Vol. 1 was released on March 26, 2021. According to the Bandcamp page, it –

is the first compilation of the label including 30 tracks by 40 different artists from all around the globe. Promesses’ founders built this release as their DJ sets with the aim of putting forward recent musical hybridizations from club anthems to etherial interludes. 'Promesses Vol. 1' is a good testimony of the current label work.

3 Comments on “Promesses Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 album art”

    1. My guess that the artwork is credited to R•DYER STUDIO, a risograph printing and graphic design studio based in Brussels.

    2. Quite possible. But is it your guess, or did you find any proof? Like, did they show this work on their website?

I found a note crediting the Riso printing of the cover for a different release by Promesses to R·DRYER STUDIO, but the design is by others.

    3. Oh right. Let me know if there’s an answer to a riddle.
