Unspoken Stories: An Index of Furniture Stores in New York City was designed as a student project for the Special Topics course 2022 at the Pratt Institute, NYC 2022.
The book, set in Monument Grotesk, discusses the diversity of New York City by recording selected furniture stores in the city. It includes introductions, images, information about the stores, and conversations happening in them. The introductions are collected from the stores’ official websites, unless cited otherwise.
