Ikigai Velázquez is the new project of chef Yong Wu Nagahira. A second address in the capital with the same name as its first restaurant, but with great innovations in its cuisine and a space destined to become one of the city’s landmarks.
In the Barrio de Salamanca, and in a place that has been a benchmark in Madrid, the young chef manages to extol his cuisine and bring his most complete and ambitious Japanese proposal to the capital’s public with his personal stamp.
A place where the most hedonistic diners can find many of the successes of their first place, but also the secrets of one of the most original classic Japanese recipes in Madrid with the personal touch of Yong Wu Nagahira.
