The Other Side is Nektar’s fifteenth studio album and the first of the line-up after Roye Albrighton’s passing. It was released in 2020 on Esoteric Antenna, a division of Cherry Red Records. Layout and design by Jay Petsko, with cover art by Helmut Wenske.
The typeface is Monopol, a freebie made by George Williams in 1993. The lowercase of this font is based on Ringlet, which was used for Nektar’s Remember the Future from 1973, but without the ornamentation. Williams added an uppercase (not used here) derived from another design made in the 1880s, see Mother Hubbard.
